FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We engage in caucus mediation, a dispute resolution technique that leverages private, confidential meetings of the mediator and individual parties to a dispute. The mediator works as an intermediary to help both sides gain a better understanding of the issues and develop creative solutions to complex problems in a lower pressure, confrontation-free environment. Setting well-defined objectives and predetermined "rounds" of mediation time help to control costs and move the dispute to resolution faster than other ADR strategies. As an established arbitration forum, NAA can also act as an impartial "decider" and render legally binding awards similar to a court judgment, but in a less formal, less expensive, and more convenient setting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial no cost, no obligation phone consultation is the best way for us to understand your unique circumstances, educate you about what we do and how we do it, and advise how to proceed.
