I contacted this plumber about a leak from my upstairs that damaged the downstairs ceiling. I sent pictures of the pipes expecting them to be used as reference. Instead, I received a full quote for the entire job without any in-person inspection. As a homeowner, this is frustrating. A professional should take the time to properly diagnose the issue before quoting a price. Giving a blanket estimate without confirming the source of the leak feels careless and unprofessional. When dealing with water damage, accuracy matters, and this approach did not inspire confidence. I thanked him for his time and will continue to find someone to do the job.
