- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 15% discount for students who book 4 sixty (60) minute lessons during a one month period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical lesson begins with vocal warm ups, physical stretches and then vocal. I test range, vocal quality and overall natural musical ability before assigning any repertoire. Once initial skills have been assessed we can work towards singing songs that you have prepared or ones you wish to learn.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an undergraduate degree from George Mason University (Washington, D.C) and a graduate degree from Mannes College for Music (New York, NY). In addition to my own private music studio, I have served as a principal voice teacher at the Fort Lee School of Music in New Jersey, was a vocal mentor with the Metropolitan Opera Guild servicing students in the Bronx at Fordham High School for the Arts, and most recently served as Chorleiterin (Choir Director) teaching a gospel music class in Berlin, Germany at Die Etage School.
