- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just like people, no two events are the same! We always need to find out more information about your wedding or special event to accurately price our services. Our initial consultation to learn more about you and your vision is complimentary. We're invested in the outcome of your wedding or event and don't believe in charging you an hourly rate. We charge a flat fee and are transparent about your overall budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a complimentary phone or video consultation to learn more about your wedding or special event to see how we can help you. We'll prepare and send you a customized quote detailing our services offered for your event. Once in contract we start the fun process of planning all the details, site visits, tastings and more! We'll meet in person at least once before the big day (a lot more for our full service planning) and will be constantly in contact via email and phone to solidify plans, talk through designs and address any questions or concerns you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Building on the foundation of our degrees outlined below, we are always on the pulse of what's happening in the wedding and event industry. We are constantly educating ourselves, redefining the normal and pushing the bounds of what we are capable of creating for our clients and events. Kelly Elam (Wedding/Event Planner) has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Design. Steven Cooney (Lead Coordinator/Designer) has a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance.
