- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an affordable flat fee per trademark application. There are no surprise invoices or hourly billing. My flat feet includes the clearance search process to ensure that the name or logo is available for registration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I have a consultation with a new client where I discuss the process with them. If they are then ready to move forward I send them an email with the next steps. The turn around time is typically three to four business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After attending law school, I attended an intense training program for trademark attorneys to further their knowledge in this practice field.
