We had Chef Tristan help us prepare for a 15 person dinner party, and the service could not have been better. The food was amazing, and he was great to have around / engaging with guests. We'll definitely be working with him again in the future

Chef Tristan was super professional and communicative, he and his assistant really brought something very very special to my birthday dinner, they really elevated the experience and were engaged. The Chef shared stories and the assistant helped transition the guests between courses and served all the delicious which the chef played so beautifully! Also want to say that chef was very flexible with the menu and even provided alternates without extra charge which was sooo appreciated, he was just generally very easygoing and great to work with and I’m grateful to him for that. I do hate to say that the food was not very tasty and poor quality and not enjoyed by me nor many of the guests who later after my birthday shared that with me. It kills me to say this because he’s so wonderful but I want to be honest in my review as a principal as I wish others would be in general.
