- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system. My price is set at the current rate so that the client can afford it along with the impeccable service that I provide. The customer is charged for not adhering to 24-hour cancellation policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make it a must to start out and gradually building up the client's strength and tolerance as to encourage them. From there on, I set marks to gauge the client's progress. Notify them of 24-hour cancellation policy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always keep myself abreast with the advancement of today's medicine. Humans are ever more evolving so the field of bio-mechanics is what I focus on and I have made remedies leaps in doing so. The functionality in play has improved so people today are less-plagued by deformities in the past.
