Olivier knows his stuff. I’ve used many personal trainers before and no one compares to Olivier. He truly goes above and beyond for you, including a nutritional plan and off day workout routine. We’ve been working on my balance, core, and strength— bosu, trx, and resistance bands. I’m happy with my progress so far and so impressed with Olivier’s method of fitness. I have just started and done 2 sessions with Olivier and I already feel amazing! I’m So excited for the next few weeks to get into shape. I love how Olivier mixes up work-outs so that each session means I’m learning something new for myself. Anytime I have a question he is quick to respond. Olivier is an experienced trainer , that takes the time and effort to evaluate and tailor a program to the individual client based on their capacities and abilities and goals and charts the progress in a measurable way. He is personable and friendly and knows how to use the 1 hour training time efficiently for a great work out. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are average NYC prices but, I am one of the few trainers in NY coaching in many specialties, with a high earned education and athletic background. Your health is priceless, don’t just look for price but for someone who will give you results! Fluent in :French/English/Spanish
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start with a physical assessment then we fill out a PAR-Q. PAR-Q is a physical activity readiness questionnaire, is a simple self-screening tool we use with who is planning to start an exercise program and make it stick. All the questions are designed to help uncover any potential health risks associated with exercise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 10 years of experience a a Fitness coach /Personal trainer/Fitneess Nutritionist. I ve been studying 1 years in France to get my BPJEPS and 2 years in the USA to get my NASM CPT certification, PN Fitness nutrition certification, CES (corrective Exercise specialist certification) to identify and correct the most common movement dysfunctions and WFS (Women Fitness specialist certification) for pregnant women.
