I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. I got a lot out of my first session with Serge. The workout was intense and really got my heart rate going but I felt awesome afterwards. Serge was very knowledgeable about fitness and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I enjoyed his chill personality yet drill sergeant approach to working out- a perfect combination for a fitness instructor in my opinion. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based on 30min 60 min sessions. I also offer package discounts. Please contact me for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New clients are given a free assessment. We will evaluate their fitness and skill level to determine a plan for them. The session can be shaped around the clients needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold several certifications in various martial arts. I am certified in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I also hold certification in judo, Muay Thai and Boxing. I am a certified personal trainer and hold C.P.R and AED certifications. I have a B.A from Baruch College.
