I highly recommend taking both personal training and yoga lessons with Paul. I learned so much about balancing my body with proper alignment through strength training and yoga posture with Paul. He customized a work out plan for me that I believe have significantly helped correct some of the curvature in my spine from scoliosis, and not just that but after practicing these customized exercises that he suggested, my back pain went from a daily problem to almost nonexistent! I am forever thankful for the things that Paul has taught me. I feel as though he really took the time to assess my needs both physical and mental, and put together a completely custom routine. He was very mindful of my sensitivity and very encouraging the whole time I worked with him. Absolutely the best yoga/personal training coach I have ever experienced. No matter what your personal goals or needs are i truly believe that Paul will address you as an individual and help you achieve what you are looking for.

Having begun working with Paul very recently, I have become much more cognizant of the basic and yet least paid attention to action in training. Alignment. As a dancer, I am often putting my body in odd shapes, and all sorts of unaligned movements, and the damage done over years can be devastating. Yoga and fitness training are intrinsic in many ways, and I see that through Paul's unique approach, along with healthy eating, hydration & proper rest, He combines a little of everything all the while keeping in mind the essential benefit of proper alignment to create balance, in EVERYTHING! I am very pleased working with Paul and highly recommend him!!!

Paul was always very suportive and nutruring while i trained with him. His knowledge and expitize was on que. He told me what i needed to hear in order to motivate me and keep me going in the dificult weight loss adventure. He taught me all about nutrition and allt of his teaching i still use and will continue to use. I did 5 stars because overall his knowledge has helped me fine tune to my own habits by finding my own vibration and path. If your looking for a trainer who trains on more then just the physical level, Paul Sanchez is your guy.

Paul is an exceptional trainer. He is very personable and understanding, nevertheless he has helped me push my boundaries when exercising. I liked his holistic and natural approach to training and he designed a great plan for me that has been evolving and adjusting to my requirements over time. I've lost a ton of weight since working out with him and my body has become stronger and more beautiful under his guidance. I look forward to keep training under his tutorage as long as possible. I'd never imagine I'd feel and look this great so quickly, Thank You Paul !

Easily one of the best trainers I have ever worked with , very personable and knew what my fitness goals were and was more than happy to show me specific exercises to achieve these results . Paul took the time to make sure I knew the movement of each set of exercises and why they were important to my goals.
