At HK Home Fix, I believe in transparent, fair pricing with no hidden surprises. I provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect. For larger projects, I offer flat-rate pricing, and I am always happy to discuss the cost of materials versus labor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process at HK Home Fix is built on honest communication from start to finish. When you reach out, I will ask a few questions to understand the issue and schedule a convenient time to visit. Once I am at your home, I perform a careful diagnosis and walk you through the problem and the proposed solution. I will never start a job without giving you a clear, upfront price. While working, I treat your home with total respect and clean up the area completely. We will review the finished work together to make sure everything is working perfectly and you are 100% satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise comes from five years of hands-on, real-world experience in the field. I learned this trade from the ground up, starting as an apprentice and working my way through thousands of successful appliance repairs and home improvement projects. This extensive on-the-job training has given me a deep, practical understanding of how things are built, why they break, and the most effective, long-lasting ways to fix them.
