Jexsy Balloons, an NYC-based balloon decoration company. We build custom balloon arches, backdrops, and sculptures for kids' parties, matched to the birthday theme and colors, and we handle everything from delivery to breakdown.

What began as what I thought would be a simple pre-order has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I pre-ordered one of the JB Telescoping Stands on 27 March 2024, expecting to receive it within a few months. Unfortunately, there was a complete lack of proactive communication regarding shipping timelines.When I followed up on July 14, I was informed of manufacturer delays, which I understood and agreed to wait, assuming the delay would be reasonable. However, I received no further updates until I reached out again on October 7. At that time, I was told that the poles had arrived, but the bases were still pending. I was assured I would be kept informed, yet no additional updates were provided.To make matters worse, the contact number I was given was not in service, and my repeated requests for a refund have since been ignored. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. At this point, I am deeply concerned that I may never receive my order or a refund.I would have been far more understanding had there been consistent updates, but the ongoing silence has left me extremely disappointed. I hope this review encourages better business practices moving forward.
