    For Legal Demand Letters & Cease & Desists we prefer a FLAT FEE which is the best value for the Client. For other matters, its case by case...

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1) We asses the needs and goals of the Client. 2) Come to a payment agreement. 3) Send out within 24 hours a Request For Further Information (containing case specific questions with a document upload link). 4) Create a comprehensive draft legal document and send to Client for review. 5) Serve and File (email/overnight delivery, etc.) !!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We regularly draft and serve Legal Demand Letters & Cease & Desists as well as contract drafting, interpretation and enforcement in court!
