Singing Lessons
I love my voice lessons with Annie! She is warm, welcoming, and flexible about her approach--which she tailors to your needs! She is an expert at music, singing, and the human instrument. She is really one of the best teachers around, I highly recommend!

Singing Lessons
I appreciate that not only is my coach familiar with the music I sing but, she’s willing to work on the music/song and making it my own! She’s also willing and able to help me with my writing and making my instrumentals better.

Singing Lessons
I really enjoyed working with Annie! She is very responsive and her teaching approach is compassionate. She was able to pinpoint the problems in my voice from the first lesson. What I liked the most about Annie’s approach is that she utilizes the everyday sounds we make to help us learn how to use our voices (yawning, sounds we make when we’re excited, etc.). I find this is more intuitive. Annie herself has a beautiful voice and I’m sure she can help others achieve proper technique!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We offer a 20 minute Zoom consultation to discuss your needs and give you an overview of our practice. New students may also ask us any questions during the time of the consult. We want all of our students to feel as though they've found the right teacher to meet their needs. If, based on the consultation, it seems like the right student/teacher match, we will schedule the 45 minute introductory lesson from there. During the introductory lesson, your instructor will assess your needs to begin developing a curriculum tailored specifically to you. We have a database of resources for our students to access and utilize, should your instructor feel you might benefit from this. You will be asked to prepare a piece you feel comfortable with and enjoy singing. Your instructor will assign exercises to address specific technical issues, and discuss your artistic goals. It is important to us that our students feel comfortable and free to experiment with sound, as we experiment A LOT! It is also crucial that our students understand why we choose to assign specific technical exercises, as our work is cumulative and intentional.
