Annie is amazing! My daughter and I really like her a lot! She really cares about the music and her students! She responds so quickly, is super friendly, and has great tips for vocals!Sep 30, 2019Verified
Annie's an amazing teacher. Annie took the time to understand what I was looking for and curated my lessons accordingly. Our lessons gave me more confidence in my singing and laid the groundwork technique to help me take my singing to places I'd wished to be for a long time. Highly recommend working with Annie!Mar 12, 2019Verified
Annie has done a great job motivating me and tailoring lessons to my ability. Highly recommend.Mar 5, 2019Verified
I started taking lessons with Annie six months ago and have found her to be such a wonderful teacher and mentor. She has helped me truly understand the mechanics of my voice for the first time after studying voice for 10+ years! Annie's energy as a teacher and performer is contagious and so inspiring. I am very thankful to work with her and would recommend Annie and The Vocal Lab to anyone interested in expanding their vocal technique, building/refining their repertoire, and having fun making music!Mar 13, 2019Verified
Annie, was great on our first intro Lesson. She accommodated my fiancé on a last minute surprise lesson, which I had scheduled for her birthday. My fiancée came out happy and excited to see her again. Highly recommend! 🙌👌Nov 7, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? One hour introductory lesson: $90 Single one hour lessons thereafter: $95 Should you decide I am the right fit for you as an instructor after the introductory lesson, I do offer packages of 4 lessons at a time for $360 ($90/lesson instead of $95/lesson).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically conduct a brief 10-15 minute phone call to discuss your needs and give you an overview of how I work/what I do as well as answer any questions you might have. From there, if it seems like the right student/teacher match, we can schedule the introductory lesson. During the introductory lesson, you will be asked to sing a piece you feel comfortable singing while I conduct a brief assessment (I can provide accompaniment with the sheet music, or a back up track is totally fine). I will assign exercises to address specific technique as well as discuss your artistic goals, and put together a curriculum for us to follow over the course of our studies together.
