Introduction: Hello. My name David, and I was born in Bogota, Colombia. I have been a cantor for over 10 years. My passion is singing at Jewish weddings. I pride myself on being able to adapt my songs and vocal style to best capture the couple's vision of their chuppah. My Wife and I had the privilege to have Cantor David participate in our wedding. We are both from a Toronto suburb but have decided to get married in Israel. Our wedding was amazing, beautiful and very different then most weddings we have seen often in Canada. not doubt Cantor David had contributed great deal to the events success. we definitely think we made a great decision when we decided to have a cantor present as opposed to only a rabbi that preformed the actual marriage ceremony. David was very helpful and instrumental during all of our meetings while we planned the event. he helped great deal with suggestions of songs, the way things should proceed during the ceremony and many other great ideas from his previous work experiences. the physical distance between us on the days prior to the wedding (which originally was a concern for us) was never an issue as we manage to meet in person on two occasions and spoke on the phone numerous times prior to our departure to israel. once we met in israel, Cantor David immediately integrated his services with all the local personnel over there and made it feel like he was part of the israeli team (wedding hall personnel, lights & sounds, event planner and even the rabbi) Our wedding was amazing and people that attended still speak about that great time they all had and how different and special it was for both our north american and our israeli guests. Cantor David certainly contributed to the event great deal. We know for sure of at least one person that also used Cantor David's services consequently and we loved that other wedding as well. we recommend Cantor David with confidence Lori & Eli

David was the cantor at my wedding at the main synagogue in Costa Rica. I wanted a very traditional ceremony with Jewish songs and melodies and David exceeded my expectations with his voice and dedication. Before the wedding, we talked several times to decide the songs and work on some special details that I wanted and it turned out fantastic. I am very grateful to David as he was the one that made possible having my dream wedding ceremony and I fully recommend him!
