- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of service needed (e.g. bookkeeping, individual tax preparation, business tax preparation, payroll). We offer discounts for repeat customers and referrals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will have a conversation, preferably via Zoom or phone to get acquainted. 2. Allow you the opportunity to interview me and identify if my services match your needs. 3. Send proposal. 4. Pay Deposit. 5. Team starts on return. 6. Meet with client to discuss return. 7. Collect Final Payment. 8. File Return! 9. Provide additional tips/tricks to make your business more sustainable.

Over a decade in the financial industry I've learned so much about budgets, financial stability and how to service the community well. I've honed my skills as a Professional Tax Preparer, Quickbooks ProAdvisor, 10-Key By Touch.
