Introduction: I’m a video producer / videographer –one of the few on Thumbtack in the New York area working at a truly professional level, providing original and creative content. (No wedding or personal event videos.) With low budgets, I achieve high production values. Producing, directing, shooting and editing for large organizations, small businesses, talented artists, performers and the dance world, I make content for websites, social media as well as live-streamed multi-camera broadcasts. My videos have over 1 million views on YouTube and Vimeo (more on broadcast TV.) I have 2 EMMYs. The range of topics I've produced cut across almost every imaginable area from pop culture to nano-technology. Specialties include performance and the arts. corporate image work and medical and technology subjects. I bring to every project –however complex the subject –vivid, compelling and original storytelling –engaging the viewer with strong visual impact, emotional force, original writing –and humor when appropriate. I work a great deal with graphics and animation to visualize concepts. Shoot in HD, RAW, 4K; working with the highest quality equipment, I own Blackmagic P4K cameras and use RED and SONY cameras, cine-lenses, Sachtler tripods, Letus Helix gimbal for larger cameras, Sound Devices audio recorder and various mics as well as LED and HMI lights. Editing is additional, starting at $360 (a 6 hr. minimum). For worthwhile non-profits, arts organizations or talented artists and performers I sometimes lower my rate. Additional cameras w/wo an operator can be added, as well as live-streaming, dollies, jibs, teleprompter w operator, drone, more extensive lighting and sound.
