Wedding and Event Videography

We hired this company to video record an important program on campus. This company worked seamlessly with campus technicians, who ordinarily video record these type of functions. Took constructive criticism well and made adjustments to wording on video drafts upon request. Worked in partnership with university AV techs to make sure sound quality in video was top notch. Added a nice touch on the video by placing the university logo as a "bug" for a more intimate, proprietary feel. The quality of the finished product was very stellar. Would indeed hire again.

Wedding and Event Videography

Arts Into Production - Mr. Howard Silver did an EXCELLENT job. He far exceeded my expectations. His complete handling of my event was totally professional. He moved seamlessly throughout the event videotaping without people really noticing his presence. His video equipment is the "State of the Art" as I was able to sit with Howard as we edited the final end product and was provided with DVD's, a YouTube version and a TV production-type Hard Drive that capture my event of the Salem UMC of NYC, Women's Day Service and Luncheon - Oct. 23, 2016. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Howard Silver and Arts Into Production for your next videotaping event. Wendell Harris WHarris & Assoc, LLC

Video Production

It's been great getting to work with Howard. He produced a video recording of an arts lecture and it turned out excellent. He was able to combine an audio recording, two video recordings, and slides into a single coherent video that was easily quite engaging. He was professional, communicative, and we would happily work with him again.

Howard was extremely responsive throughout the process and grasped my concept for the video and photo editing with music and successfully brought my idea to life. The output and work quality was spectacular. I highly recommend Howard and will not hesitate to engage him on my future projects. Thanks Howard!

Wedding and Event Videography

Howard was phenomenal. He was professional, punctual, and did a great job of adapting to the ever changing scene at a live concert. Futhermore, he was patient and creative when helping us edit the footage. We're thrilled with the video he created. Bear's Choice looks forward to working with Howard again soon.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My rates are flexible depending on the client's needs and budget. Basic rate for shooting with 1 camera is $750/day or $400/ half day. More complex equipment, additional crew or more complicated set-ups are additional. Shooting a 1-2 hr. performance with 1 camera would be 400 plus transportation. A 10 min. edited video with 1 full day of shooting starts at $1400. Editing is $60./hour. Local travel is included but trips out of Manhattan are additional. I often make concessions for non-profits and personal projects. Please only contact me if you are serious about hiring me at these rates, and describe your project in as much detail as possible.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We talk early on, meet in person if possible to develop a plan. I’ll offer ideas to enhance the production, scout the location if possible. I share the files with the client within a day or 2 to view right away. After uploading a first draft edit, I'll revise according to the clients notes or sit with them and refine the edit as necessary.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BFA, NYU Tisch School of The Arts in Film/TV. Trained with some of the world's leading documentary filmmakers. 2 EMMYs -one for producing on a WNET series and one for editing a national children's series. A documentary I edited was nominated for an Oscar.
