Aura is the yoga + mat pilates studio weve desperately needed on the UWS! Its a peaceful sanctuary tucked away on 72nd and Im so happy to be a member. The classes are challenging and enjoyable, taught by a wonderful and diverse range of teachers, who are both skilled and genuinely lovely human beings. I especially love the classes Ive attended from Shannon, Meg and Kai! Highly recommend Aura not only for the workouts but the good vibes and community.

Best studio in the Upper West Side! Both their yoga and pilates/sculpt classes are amazing, with great instructors all around and a beautiful space. Every detail feels so intentional, Shannon and Andre have really created a very special place in the UWS. My membership is the best investment I've made for my mind and body in my seven years living in New York :) Highly highly recommend!

Aura is such a great experience!! Small local studio vibes, feels nice to be known in a city as hectic as NYC. They give you a hot or cold scented towel at the end of classes (depending on the class intensity haha) which I seriously look forward to all week. Great variety of classes depending if you want muscle activation vs just moving and connecting with your body, which keeps me coming back no matter what vibe I'm in!

Truly could not love this studio more! Every teacher is amazing! I feel so welcomed every time I walk into the studio and they genuinely care about my well being and know my name.
