FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before calling or hiring a repair service such as ourselves, there are a few things you should do: 1.Restart your computer. You may think this is a little silly, but there are a lot of people out there who never EVER turn off their computers. 2.Make sure EVERYTHING is connected. Your computer has wires. Lots of wires. 3.Check for manufacturer's warranty because repairs are often covered. Especially if you've bought your computer within the last 6 months to a year, repair will be covered on your warranty for unexpected glitches. 4.Backup your data if you can. This should be something that is done periodically regardless of whether or not the computer is in need of repair. Lets face it, accidents happen. 5.Delete anything you wouldn't want someone else to see. 6.Organize any system info you have, papers ect. Having this available means we do not have to try and find the software to match your machine, and makes everything much smoother for us. 7.Check around. Not all repair shops are created equal.
