Two hours late but communicated about it after agreed arrival time. Mow job was fine but asked for more money after I paid the invoice before he arrived. They said it was because the lawn was bigger. Hadn’t even arrived to see the lawn size yet and size. Most likely because he traveled farther than he planned even though location and lawn size was stated in the initial inquiry. Disappointed about this.
