At the time, I was having issues with my hvac unit. Water had been leaking from it for weeks and soaking the carpet… Other employees from Astar had come and were never able to get to the root of the problem. Jeremiah came once and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Never had a problem with the hvac again. Extremely grateful!!
