When my heating system started to act up, I was concerned about the repair costs and dealing with Service professionals. I have not always had positive experiences. Karl changed that and I now know that if I have any future problems with my HVAC he will get the call. Karl was professional and personable and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair cost.

I had a major problem with my heating unit over the holidays. I have a service contract with a company I have used for over 20 years, which explained to me that the part my furnace needed was on back order til maybe the 3rd week of January. Which was not acceptable with weather being so cold. I researched KARL and his company RELIABLE HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION in the early morning called and spoke to him. Karl then diagnosed problem and went above and beyond to locate the part in NJ. Which he then went to picked up and drive back to Danbury CT to install it. So my advice for people having similar problems. Give him a call he’s definitely worth it. Thanks Karl

Carl was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. Our heating system is uncommon and I appreciate that he really took time out to research our system. The temperatures were so cold and I am more than grateful that he was able to fit us in right away! Highly professional and reasonable cost. I will be hiring Reliable Heating again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $100 service fee and $80 an hour. But it is dependent on the job. So I was always establish pricing prior to doing the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will answer whatever questions you have about me to make you as comfortable as possible and I do my best to educate you as much as possible on whatever job it is that I am doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Lincoln technical Institute. I have my EPA license, Uponor and track pipe. Have been trained in dealing with refrigeration systems air-conditioning systems and heating systems.
