I had another guy tell me how difficult & costly it would be to fix my AC’s blower motor. His recommendation was to completely replace my system with a new one... That’s when I called Karl. He got back to me very quickly and his solution did not include all of the extra’s the other guy was pushing me. He simply fixed the problem without adding more to the bill. All of this done within a week after my first time contacting him. I trust this man. I highly recommend him.

I hired someone else before Karl from reliable who actually admitted that he did not know what was wrong with my system and he could not fix it. Then I called reliable, Karl responded right away and carefully went through what could possibly be wrong with my AC. He talks you through what he is doing and why he is doing it which I like. He is very determined to finish what he starts and that is to resolve your situation. My situation was complicated as is my HVAC system. I recommend Karl.
Karl really helped us out. Our AC had been out for a couple of weeks while the weather was mild, but an uptick in the temps this week was making it uncomfortably warm and humid in our house. He got our AC back on track, and did so within our budget restrictions. I'd also add that he was very patient and professional with my endless questions. Great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $100 service fee and $80 an hour. But it is dependent on the job. So I was always establish pricing prior to doing the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will answer whatever questions you have about me to make you as comfortable as possible and I do my best to educate you as much as possible on whatever job it is that I am doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Lincoln technical Institute. I have my EPA license, Uponor and track pipe. Have been trained in dealing with refrigeration systems air-conditioning systems and heating systems.
