I had a great experience with uppercut plumbing...I had no hot water for three days after my water heater went. After telling Trevor I had a baby in the house he understood and made time out of his busy schedule and install my electric hybrid water heater. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial contact through Thumbtack. The client then explains to the best of their knowledge what repairs are needed. Larger jobs may require an estimation/consultation fee which will be included in price of the job should you decide to hire us. We arrange a time to come take a look, investigate, explain repairs, cost etc. A written estimate is given to customer and we proceed from there. Minor repairs can usually be done on the spot. Scheduling for more extensive jobs will be coordinated with the customer.
