Sean came and assessed the problem. Unfortunately, he couldn’t fix it because our drain line is waaaay longer than the average. He did tell us who we could call and explained what we should say so that they could arrive to our home prepared and not over charge us for time (back and forth to get equipment). Also told us to wait until the next weekday so that we wouldn’t be charged an overtime rate.

They responded very quickly and was able to get someone out here within two days. Quickly fixed the issue and are reasonably priced. If any issues arise in the future, I will definitely call again.

Trevor responded promptly and had a very outgoing attitude. Well versed with plumbing in the different counties in the Hudson area and licensed which is a plus ++++
Quickly gave me an estimate and delivered immediately on the next business day with one of his workers. I may have gotten lucky with the VIP service, don’t know I’ve ever come across an issue and the response was so quickly and effective with any company. Not to mention the problem solved. A+++++ no question.

All the reviews are correct. From initial contact to final result, Uppercut Associates it responsive, professional, on-time, and fixed the problem (clogged drainage pipe). I contacted Trevor on Sunday, he responded within 15-20 minutes, provided a rough estimate, and scheduled Sean to come the next morning. Sean was early, professional, and explained throughly step by step, what he was going to do to fix the problem. Within an hour, I was good to go. If you are reading this review, no need to click on another company, these are your guys.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Recommendations and loyalty are a big part of our success. We take pride in our work and are always competitively priced. We consider the satisfaction of our new and repeat customers our top priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact through Thumbtack. The client then explains to the best of their knowledge what repairs are needed. Larger jobs may require an estimation/consultation fee which will be included in price of the job should you decide to hire us. We arrange a time to come take a look, investigate, explain repairs, cost etc. A written estimate is given to customer and we proceed from there. Minor repairs can usually be done on the spot. Scheduling for more extensive jobs will be coordinated with the customer.

75 years combined family plumbing/heating/cooling related field experience. Residential, commercial and industrial pipefitting experts.
