What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a 30-minute consultation during which your attorney will get to know you and understand your legal issue. If both parties agree to the attorney's analysis of the issue and legal strategy, a retainer is signed and the work begins. Your attorney be accessible to you for the duration of your matter by phone, text, and email, and will provide you with timely updates regarding your matter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my Juris Doctor degree and I am licensed in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut as well as New York's Eastern and Southern District Courts.
