FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, transparent pricing before any work begins. Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and job complexity—no surprise fees. Estimates are provided in advance, and any changes are discussed and approved before proceeding. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, bundled services, or off-season work. Emergency or after-hours services may include additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation to understand the customer’s needs. From there, we schedule an on-site evaluation if needed, provide a clear explanation of the issue, and present a written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time. All work is completed professionally, tested for proper operation, and explained to the customer before completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
