I had a summer A/C tune up performed in June 2017 by another contractor, and ever since was having issues with Cooling and Condensation water drip from the air exchange unit. I put my request in Thumbtack and Eric was the first to respond and assure me that he could resolve my problem, add a secondary drain with complete inspection backed by 30 day guarantee for his services. I decided to go with Eric, and He came by and solved the problem - Cooling was restored, secondary drain installed and inspection completed. I am usually skeptical of giving good reviews, but Eric is honest, reliable, dependable and upfront with no surprises or hidden costs and I would definitely use his services in the future.

Needed a quick install of a central air thermometer and this was done quickly and professionally. First showed me how the wiring was done, then installed and checked to make sure that it was working properly. Good experience, reasonable pricing, and professional installation. Would hire again for any electrical work.

Eric and his colleague were timely and professional. He was able to assess the issue with our central air quickly and even gave us tips for maintenance. He was also kind enough to take a look at another electrical issue while he was there. Knowledgeable, efficient, and inexpensive!

Our boiler decided to stop working during a considerable cold snap. Fazeem responded to my service call right away and was at my home within an hour and a half. He was able to assess and repair the problem quickly and efficiently. He was thoroughly professional, competitively priced, and I would definitely hire him again.
