Eric was professional, quick, and clearly explained what he was doing! I will be using him in the future Eric came within 24 hours after Elite Comfort Group failed to return after the initial service call, and failed to return calls, texts, or email. Note: Elite said a part needed to be changed in my hearing unit for me to have heat, IT DID NOT! Eric, had me up and running in less than one hour and I am no longer freezing!

Central air conditioner on the roof was not working. They showed up the same day as promised. Fixed the problem and the price was reasonable, particularly when considering how HVAC contractors can be huge rip-offs

I had a summer A/C tune up performed in June 2017 by another contractor, and ever since was having issues with Cooling and Condensation water drip from the air exchange unit. I put my request in Thumbtack and Eric was the first to respond and assure me that he could resolve my problem, add a secondary drain with complete inspection backed by 30 day guarantee for his services. I decided to go with Eric, and He came by and solved the problem - Cooling was restored, secondary drain installed and inspection completed. I am usually skeptical of giving good reviews, but Eric is honest, reliable, dependable and upfront with no surprises or hidden costs and I would definitely use his services in the future.
