Anthony was very professional. Explained what type of engraving technology he had to offer (it was extensive). He asked what I wanted and then offered suggestions that enhanced my engraving. I had both plastics/resin and metal engraved. The metal design was a custom logo that Anthony was able to download from an email I supplied. He made necessary adjustments. The final results were jaw dropping. I would and will use his services in the future. The turn around time with the customer logo about an hour. Definitely a plus if you need something engraved at the last moment. Very satisfied.
