I called Secured Chimney for a cleaning. The whole processes was extremely easy and carefree. Joey and his team called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. Once they arrived they were very professional and understanding. His team setup the ladders as Joey came in to speak with me. We spoke about him cleaning my chimney and fire place in order for me to use it for the season. They completed the service of cleaning along with a safety check.
I would hire Joey and his team again.

Tuesday night I had a huge problem that left me without heat in my house. My chimney was blocked off and carbon monoxide came into my home. I called Secured Chimney to assess the problem. They came Wednesday morning bright and early and were able to remove the blockages and get me going. I will definitely be using in the future.

Joey was very informative, knowledgeable, and had a great disposition.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is mainly based on cost of material and labor. Were very fair with our pricing. We want to keep a long term relationship with our costumers so they feel comfortable using us in the future.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start off on the phone and talk about the service the client needs(cleaning, pointing, liner, etc). Any questions the costumer has or information they have about the problem can be addressed. Then we schedule an appointment. Once we arrive we check the base of the chimney and check the top of the chimney. From there we will be able to assess situation and talk to with the costumer about their chimney.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served 6 years in the marine corps. There they instill in you honor, courage and commitment. Every chimney job whether it be a basic chimney cleaning or a fireplace restoration, my team and I work off these values.
