This will be long but I assure you it is worth it for TWC.
I genuinely don’t know where to begin - I can write a whole book explaining how unbelievably incredible this team is. Aside from my now husband, Gab and Jess were the best decision I could have ever made when it came to planning our wedding. We were going back and forth about whether or not we needed any coordination and I am SO GLAD we chose to do so and even happier we chose TWC. This team was so on top of everything from the moment we booked with them. They really took the time to get to know us and treated myself, my husband and our families like family themselves. Both Gab and Jess are so caring, loving and amicable. They made it clear if I had any questions throughout the process to ask, and I did, and they were always quick to respond. As we got closer to the wedding, they both would consistently send me check lists of things I should be doing and let me know what they can take off of my plate. I really did not have to do much of anything other than send them my inspiration for them to bring to life.
In a time that is very stressful for most, I seemed to be the least bit stressed. The only thing I needed to worry about was marrying the love of my life. The TWC team made sure the day ran as smooth as possible; if there were any hiccups I had absolutely zero idea. I left a payment for one of the vendors in our hotel room, and without hesitation they not only went back to the hotel and grabbed the envelope, but cleaned our room so it wasn’t a disaster to come back to given myself and the bridesmaids got ready there. All night they were checking in on us and our families making sure everyone was fed, happy, had a drink, or needed anything at all. And to top it all off, Gab and Jess got INCREDIBLE content of the day of and now I have all of these videos and pictures to look at despite our photos not being ready for weeks.
If you need a dream team for your wedding day or any event at all, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!

We are so incredibly grateful to have hired Gabrielle. From the very beginning, she and her team were a beacon of organization, calm, and professionalism. Our wedding day was a whirlwind of emotions and excitement, and we truly wouldn't have survived it without their incredible support.
If you have any doubts about hiring a coordinator, make the investment. It is impossible to predict the things you will forget or the things that won’t go as planned. Having the support of someone like Gab and her staff on hand in those moments was truly invaluable.
We also worked closely with Jessica leading up to the big day - together, they internalized our vision down to the smallest details, advocated on our behalf and made sure everything looked and went according to plan.
We are so thankful for their dedication and hard work. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and it’s all thanks to the work of The Wedding Connection. We wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple looking for a wedding coordinator who goes above and beyond.

If you are going to have one takeaway from my review, PLEASE listen to me when I say The Wedding Connection was the BEST thing to happen to me for my wedding. I actually won a free day of coordinator through their instagram contest and was immediately welcomed by Gab. I met with Gab a few times over the phone in the beginning to catch her up about my wedding plans and about 3 months prior to my wedding she introduced me to Jess and Jackie, who would be my 2 day of coordinators. After that, I had a groupchat with the 3 of them that we would text almost daily, we also would facetime to go over all the details and they created a detailed timeline for my day. They also reached out to all my vendors on my behalf the week of the wedding to make sure everything was confirmed and in place. When there was a delay with my signage the week of the wedding, Gab volunteered to pick it up for me and bring it to my venue because I didn’t have the time to. Jess and Jackie are complete angels and were life savers on the day of my wedding. For reference, I am a type A bride, planned everything out, am extremely organized and didn’t think I would need a day of coordinator, but was lucky enough to win them because let me tell you… YOU NEED ONE. Jess and Jackie showed up for my day while we were getting ready at the hotel and immediately took control of everything. You don’t realize how many silly things will happen the day of that you don’t account for or don’t realize will take time and attention. For example, when all 8 groomsmen, plus 2 dads and the Groom were tasked with folding their pocket squares, Jess and Jackie were there to do it (which also included cutting a napkin to make a makeshift pocket square because one was forgotten). They took control of being the liaison with all my vendors that day, like making sure the photographers got every shot on my photo shot list and knew all the important family members by name and made sure our bridal party was always ready and in the right place at the right time. They were basically my bodyguard throughout my wedding and made sure we were running on time and that everything I had told them in advance that I wanted to do, was getting done and that everything was in the right place. There were seriously so many moments that I said to myself that day, “Thank god I have Jess and Jackie.” I would have been so much more stressed and overwhelmed that day if I didn’t have them and I can’t thank them enough for putting their heart and souls into my wedding day.

I cannot express how incredible Gab was as my day-of coordinator for my wedding on 5/25/24. She began assisting me three months before the big day, and her support was invaluable. Gab consistently advocated for me, providing insights and information that I wouldn't have known without her expertise. As someone who is very anxious, having Gab by my side, answering all my texts, and calling me daily with updates was a breath of fresh air that helped calm my nerves immensely. On the wedding day, Gab and her team truly outdid themselves. Words cannot fully capture how phenomenal they were. We had a packed timeline with multiple locations, yet Gab & team handled everything like a well-oiled machine. We were on time TO THE MINUTE for every event, from the first look to the ceremony and the reception. I never had to worry about the clock once. I never had to worry about speaking to a vendor, and she made sure I was set up for success. I was able to be present and enjoy my day we had planned for so long! That is something so special. The day went off without a hitch, and I know it would not have been possible without Gab's meticulous planning and execution. By choosing Gab, you’re not just gaining an incredible day-of coordinator and a perfect wedding; you're also gaining a friend who genuinely cares so much & is there for you at all times. Her work is meticulous and she went above and beyond for everything.
Gab and her team are an absolute joy to work with and genuinely care about making your day the best night of your life.
