If you are going to use a wedding planner or a wedding coordinator for the day of, I couldn't recommend The Wedding Connection enough. Gabrielle is not only incredibly responsive, she is on top of everything to make sure she assigns the right person for you on your day. I needed a wedding coordinator just to help me during my big day and Paige from the TWC team was INCREDIBLE. My guests the next day were raving about how on top of every single detail she was, going above and beyond was she was contracted to do the day of. She coordinated everything throughout the day, from managing everyone at the church, delegating everyone's to do's from our musical director to our flowerboy, setting up the venue with flower arrangements, candles and all decor + helping during photo session with our photographer. Paige managed not only my expectations but went above and beyond during my day. My husband was opposed to getting a planner at all, and the day of he was really happy we both had Paige to lean on. They are truly the best team out there and I feel very lucky to have found them. Five stars doesn't measure how emotionally supportive this team is. Best decision we made.

Hiring The Wedding Connection for event management (their elevated approach to “day-of coordination”) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we signed our contract, we weren’t just planning an event—we were stepping into a fully personalized, expertly supported experience.
Gabrielle (Gab), Paige, and Ashley make up a team that’s not only knowledgeable but deeply in tune with what truly matters on your wedding day. TWC doesn’t believe in swooping in at the last minute—because, as they rightfully say, no good planner could actually just show up on the “day of.” Instead, they’re there with you from the moment you become a client, helping guide decisions, offering insider resources, and making the entire planning journey feel less overwhelming and a lot more joyful.
What sets them apart? It’s their genuine understanding of the wedding industry and how to tailor it to you. Every TWC couple receives a 39-page custom timeline (yes, really), and every detail is meticulously thought through. But more than that, they take the time to truly get to know you and your partner—what lights you up, what stresses you out, and what your vision really is (even if you can’t quite articulate it yet).
The sooner you bring them on board, the more you’ll benefit. Even with our event management package, we felt wrapped in support from day one. It’s not just coordination—it’s care. It’s having a steady, capable team who becomes an extension of your family for the months leading up to your big day.
And to anyone wondering, “Do I really need a wedding planner?”—my husband would be the first to tell you: yes. 1000 times yes. You NEED Gab and The Wedding Connection! I don’t even think words can truly convey how thankful we are for her. The second we got engaged; the anxiety hit. How were we going to pull off planning a wedding? A couple months later, we spoke to Gab and immediately that anxiety disappeared. We didn’t even need to speak to anyone else: we knew Gab was the one for the job. She cares so much about her clients and will go above and beyond to make sure they are happy and everything is perfect. Her communication is top notch; she was always there when we needed her. From figuring out our vision, to booking our amazing vendors, ensuring the wedding day ran smoothly, and everything in between, she was by our side, guiding us every step of the way. Some may question if hiring a wedding planner and coordinator for your wedding is worth it, but when you’re hiring The Wedding Connection, it 100000% is. We were so fortunate to have Gabrielle and Paige from The Wedding Connection as our wedding coordinators, and we couldn’t be happier with the incredible job they did! Their attention to detail is truly unmatched. Whether it was ensuring that our decor & details were displayed perfectly or double-checking the smallest elements of the timeline, Gabrielle and Paige made sure every single detail was accounted for. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was overlooked.
What really stood out to us was their attentiveness. They were always available to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and respond to last-minute requests. On the wedding day, they were everywhere—managing vendors, handling unexpected changes, and making sure we could fully enjoy our celebration without worrying about a thing.

Choosing Gabrielle was, without a doubt, the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning journey! I am beyond grateful for her and her incredible team. At first, the idea of planning a wedding felt overwhelming—I worried I wouldn’t know where to start or how to keep everything on track.
