Very professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed our problem along with another one he saw. He did a great job and didn’t leave things half way done. He made sure they were done the right way and done very well. Great value and will definitely use again!

We had a bad leak in our upstairs shower and the first plumber we contacted advised us to replace the whole shower. We asked for cheaper options and he said “good luck.” I sent him on his way and came to Thumbtack out of desperation. Roman contacted me within minutes and we corresponded - he was very responsive and came over the same day to take a look. He explained the problem, said he could fix it, and came back two days later when he said he would. He and his assistant got all the work done in an hour. They were polite, friendly, and cleaned up everything. It might’ve been a bit pricey - I don’t know the going rates - but it was an emergency and he solved it quickly without trying to gouge us. It was worth it. We will hire him again and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.
