- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should understand my pricing structure to the penny before beginning. They should also know that certain expense can arise they may be out of our control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job at hand, I feel it’s important to briefly get to know my customers. It allows me to better understand their desired style for the finished product. Once the job is complete, it’s all about follow up. I like to ensure that the customer stays happy with my work and has the opportunity to voice any concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I never attended trade school, my education comes from years of experience in property management.
