- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a package for both makeup and hair. I provide all the makeup products. And I use only high quality and the top of the market brands such as Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Nars, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Tarte, etc. I also provide false lashes if you would like, I have some options for you to choose from natural to dramatic. But you are welcome to use your own products. I provide the hair styling products, including bobby pins, hair buns for styling. I don't provide hair accessories and hair extensions, if you would like to use them please provide them for me. And I will apply them for you. I am located in Nyack, NY if you would like me to travel to you, there might be a travel fee depends on where the location is. I can't give a discount for a big party because I have to bring other artists to work with me. For efficiency in time and work. Please kindly understand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to know the time, date and location of the event first to check my availability. I would like to know how many people that will need the service, what time that you need to be done and how early can you start. Then I would like to answer all the questions that you have, please feel free to ask me anything. And I would like to see what is the makeup and hair style that you are looking for. The best way is to send me pictures of your ideas so we are on the same page. Also the pictures of your current hair so I can estimate how to achieve the look. Knowing the makeup and hair style before, will help me to estimate the time for the session. The date will not secure until I get confirmed from you. I will accept booking from whoever confirm with me first.

I have certificates from Nina Mua, NYC for Makeup Artistry Program and Hairstyling Program for Makeup Artists.
