Experienced, empathic therapist will help you move through your current difficulty to a richer, fuller life. I work with couples, individuals, and families. I help couples with issues including communication, conflict resolution, and deepening intimacy and passion. We will work with your individual strengths and challenges, building on current supports to help shift patterns and behaviors that don't serve you. Since therapy is based on relationship, I offer a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. I am on the panels of Empire Blue Cross and Medicare. If you have a different insurance that allows you to go out of network, you will be reimbursed for our sessions. If you do not have insurance and cannot afford my full full, I offer a sliding scale. Over twenty-five years I've watched couples I work with get through difficulties in their marriages and lives. I love seeing couples who were stuck in repetitive arguments become able to communicate effectively and rekindle the love and passion.
