Jack was great. He spent nearly 2 hours with us going over various things in our house. After the two hours he fixed some things he could do right then and there. More importantly he gave us great advice on how to proceed with the other projects. His knowledge and willingness to give his time is something that we greatly appreciated. We would definitely look to hire him again.

He's great. I had a few projects that were all repair type jobs: some cabinets, a closet rod, etc.----just charged me for the parts (if he had to buy it just for the job) and labor (hourly). Super transparent---if something took longer than he thought, he'd be upfront about it. There'a always that auto body worry, like the Dane Cook joke about how since few car owners are mechanics they always get taken advantage of because of their relative ignorance about cars? With Jack, he tells you exactly what he's doing and there's no funny business or sudden surprises.

Ad i needed an inspection done in a rush, Jack was there the next day which was a Saturday. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and found issues I didn’t even think of. Delivered full property report that same evening with detailed reviews and pictures of all systems in the house. I highly recommend Jack and will be using him for my future projects.

Jack did a great job patching up a hole in my shower that was made from a plumber fixing a leaking pipe. He picked up all the supplies needed (less the tiles which I already had) and even went out of his way to find a matching grout color.
To save me money he also told me about alternative time saving ways he can go about the repairs.
Jack kept everything clean by spending an hour covering all surfaces with plastic wrap to protect against the dust.
He was a pleasure to work with, did some great work, and was very reasonably priced compared to the competition. I would use him again!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give pricing based upon distance traveled and complexity of work to be performed. The hourly rate is just a base. Certain equipment used along with quality of work to be received will adjust that rate. Competitive pricing, quality work and great service are what we are after.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand in greater detail about the job to be accomplished than what is listed in the app. Then as the job is being performed, see if there are any corners to be cut and save the client money while maintaining the quality that they expect. When everything is complete, make sure that the client is happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For home inspections, formal training was received at Molloy College. This included hours of field training before qualifying to apply for licensure. In regards to any handyman services performed, there were years of small jobs performed as a 2nd profession.
