I've been teaching privately for over a decade and have experience teaching all age groups both in person and virtually. Whatever your experience in music, I believe we learn best when we work with the music that speaks most deeply to us. This was my teenage daughter's first guitar lesson, and I thought Christopher was wonderful! Very personable, and obviously musically knowledgeable. It really helped that he understands piano because that's my daughter's musical background, so the way he explained things from a piano standpoint of view helped her visualize the music. Really looking forward to her learning guitar ❣️

Chris has been absolutely phenomenal! My daughter is shy at first but she instantly bonded with Chris. She’s learning so much and we look forward to continue working with him for the next few weeks while she works on her 8th grade final project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$30 for 30mins $45 for 45 mins $60 for 60mins I also offer referral deals that get current students lessons free of charge if the referral stays on as a client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always assess a new students skill level and musical knowledge to best develop a lesson plan to help achieve their goals as efficiently as possible. Each lesson the student will be given a PDF breaking down everything covered as well as backing tracks, and videos of lesson concepts upon request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taught many students throughout my career from all age groups. I've worked with complete beginners, children, college students, gigging musicians, and adults who are coming back to their instrument after a long break. My goal is to help each student grow and feel comfortable on their instrument. I obtained my master’s degree as well in 2018.
