About
Hello. My name is N. Wayne Douglas, founder of SECURIA USA LLC. We are an electronic security systems company that offers quality at an affordable price. Our motto is "You are our assessors, we are not satisfied until you are." SECURIA USA is born out of a need to make security and communication accessible to everyone. After working for a particular company that offer similar services and noticing how they treat their clients and their lack of flexibility, I decide that I must make a difference. I started in this industry almost 15 years ago operating another company in the Caribbean. I have developed a strong customer base built on trust, ethics, and excellent customer service. Moving to the United States, I brought the same model and concepts to you.

I had a great experience with this installation - Wayne is great. He set up 4 security cameras, a doorbell, and a chime, all powered through a PoE connection to a basement switch using Cat6 wiring.

What really stood out was his approach to running the cables. Instead of going through walls and floors, they routed everything externally and did an excellent job concealing the wires. He tucked them under vinyl siding wherever possible, making the entire setup look seamless and very hard to notice.

The work was clean, efficient, and clearly done with attention to detail. Everything works perfectly, and the overall finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional, thoughtful installation.

I can’t say enough good things about this security company. They recently installed Ring cameras at my properties and truly went above and beyond. Even after the product was found to be defective, they came back without hesitation, troubleshot everything thoroughly, and made sure the system was working perfectly.

Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to getting it right really stood out. They didn’t rush, didn’t make excuses, and made sure everything was secure before they left. That level of service is rare these days.

I trust them with my properties and feel confident recommending them - they’ve definitely earned a customer for life.

Where do I even begin? My experience with SECURIA USA LLC. was nothing short of an outstanding experience and exceptional customer service. From start to finish, I am extremely pleased that I chose this company for my Ring camera installation.
Working with Wayne was an absolute pleasure. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident, but what truly stood out was his character. He carries himself with a presence that immediately puts you at ease and reassures you that he genuinely cares, not just about doing the job well, but about the people he serves. His presence alone reflects the integrity and high standards of his company, and it’s clear that client satisfaction is just as important to him as the quality of his work.
Beyond the installation itself, Wayne took the time to thoroughly explain how to properly handle and maintain the device, which was incredibly helpful and empowering, especially as someone learning more about electronics. His patience and willingness to educate truly stood out. He never rushed, never overlooked details, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What made this experience even more meaningful was the genuine, thoughtful conversation we shared while he worked. A moment that went beyond a typical service call. It was clear that Wayne operates from a place of love and approaches both his work and people with respect, care, and integrity. That kind of character is rare, and it left a lasting impression on me.
I highly recommend Wayne and SECURIA USA LLC. to anyone seeking professionalism, reliable and exceptional service. This was more than just an installation, it was an experience I will always appreciate and remember. SECURIA USA LLC. shows great excellence in their field. Go with them!

The gentleman should up promptly and did a great job. Not only did he position the camera perfectly but all the wiring is secure. I highly recommend this company for all your security needs. He will be back to install another soon.
