Hello. My name is N. Wayne Douglas, founder of SECURIA USA LLC. We are an electronic security systems company that offers quality at an affordable price. Our motto is "You are our assessors, we are not satisfied until you are." SECURIA USA is born out of a need to make security and communication accessible to everyone. After working for a particular company that offer similar services and noticing how they treat their clients and their lack of flexibility, I decide that I must make a difference. I started in this industry almost 15 years ago operating another company in the Caribbean. I have developed a strong customer base built on trust, ethics, and excellent customer service. Moving to the United States, I brought the same model and concepts to you.

I can’t say enough good things about this security company. They recently installed Ring cameras at my properties and truly went above and beyond. I hired this pro through Thumbtack to install a doorbell. I’d done a similar installation myself in the past, so I didn’t expect it to be particularly difficult, but I simply didn’t have the time this round. In hindsight, I’m really glad I didn’t try to do it myself, because I would’ve been stuck.
The doorbell wasn’t getting enough power, so it wouldn’t turn on at all. He immediately figured out what was wrong, explained it clearly, and took care of the issue on the spot. He worked quickly, professionally, and efficiently from start to finish, and the problem was completely resolved before I knew it.
These days it’s surprisingly rare to feel genuinely satisfied after using any kind of service, but this was one of those rare, great experiences. Hiring him was absolutely the right decision, and it was worth every dollar. I’ll definitely be reaching out to this company again for any similar work in the future, because I’m confident I’ll get top-notch results.
