Introduction
Hello. My name is N. Wayne Douglas, founder of SECURIA USA LLC. We are an electronic security systems company that offers quality at an affordable price. Our motto is "You are our assessors, we are not satisfied until you are." SECURIA USA is born out of a need to make security and communication accessible to everyone. After working for a particular company that offer similar services and noticing how they treat their clients and their lack of flexibility, I decide that I must make a difference. I started in this industry almost 15 years ago operating another company in the Caribbean. I have developed a strong customer base built on trust, ethics, and excellent customer service. Moving to the United States, I brought the same model and concepts to you.

We had a ring camera installed and needed assistance with the programming of the zones, motions and other options on the ring application Before contacting Securia USA we had several customers service calls with Ring’s customer service center. After four calls with Ring’s customer service and feeling frustrated we contacted Securia, USA. Wayne returned our call within 30 minutes. We agreed on the day for him to come. Wayne was prompted, professional, knowledgeable and his price was reasonable. He not only programmed the ring application to our specifications but he explained how the ring system and applications works. If you need help with your security system I encourage you to call Securia!

Nigel is quite patient.. hired him to troubleshoot an issue with my security camera. He is highly organized ensuring that he accurately diagnosed the issue encountered. What I noted was he didn’t take short cuts so you don’t end up fixing the first issue but not catching other issues in your setup. Would hire him again.

Nigel was the best. I hired him to install
my security system. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. He even made recommendations for the best places to put my equipment. He was so good that I would like to hire him for other jobs around my house. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Wayne from SECURIA USA LLC installed our exterior security cameras. He was very responsive, nice person and gave us very good price. Also, he put us on schedule very quickly and installed our cameras at our desired locations. He is knowledgeable. I would recommend to someone in need of security cameras installation.
