Hello. My name is N. Wayne Douglas, founder of SECURIA USA LLC. We are an electronic security systems company that offers quality at an affordable price. Our motto is "You are our assessors, we are not satisfied until you are." SECURIA USA is born out of a need to make security and communication accessible to everyone. After working for a particular company that offer similar services and noticing how they treat their clients and their lack of flexibility, I decide that I must make a difference. I started in this industry almost 15 years ago operating another company in the Caribbean. I have developed a strong customer base built on trust, ethics, and excellent customer service. Nigel is quite patient.. hired him to troubleshoot an issue with my security camera. He is highly organized ensuring that he accurately diagnosed the issue encountered. What I noted was he didn’t take short cuts so you don’t end up fixing the first issue but not catching other issues in your setup. Would hire him again.
