Hello. My name is N. Wayne Douglas, founder of SECURIA USA LLC. We are an electronic security systems company that offers quality at an affordable price. Our motto is "You are our assessors, we are not satisfied until you are." SECURIA USA is born out of a need to make security and communication accessible to everyone. After working for a particular company that offer similar services and noticing how they treat their clients and their lack of flexibility, I decide that I must make a difference. I started in this industry almost 15 years ago operating another company in the Caribbean. I have developed a strong customer base built on trust, ethics, and excellent customer service. Moving to the United States, I brought the same model and concepts to you.

I had a great experience with this installation - Wayne is great. He set up 4 security cameras, a doorbell, and a chime, all powered through a PoE connection to a basement switch using Cat6 wiring.
What really stood out was his approach to running the cables. Instead of going through walls and floors, they routed everything externally and did an excellent job concealing the wires. He tucked them under vinyl siding wherever possible, making the entire setup look seamless and very hard to notice.
The work was clean, efficient, and clearly done with attention to detail. Everything works perfectly, and the overall finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional, thoughtful installation.

I can’t say enough good things about this security company. They recently installed Ring cameras at my properties and truly went above and beyond. Even after the product was found to be defective, they came back without hesitation, troubleshot everything thoroughly, and made sure the system was working perfectly.
Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to getting it right really stood out. They didn’t rush, didn’t make excuses, and made sure everything was secure before they left. That level of service is rare these days.

On a freezing, snowy day, I contacted him for an installation. My cat Bella had escaped the night before, so we urgently needed cameras installed to monitor her whereabouts. I reached out to him around 10:15 AM and he arrived at my house by 11:30 AM. He installed the camera, set up the app, and even connected Amazon Alexa for me. His professionalism was top-notch, and he completed the job thoroughly. If I could, I would rate him ten stars. Upon his departure, we agreed that he would return next week to address a few other tasks I have to do. I highly recommend his services.
