I just had to take a few moments to acknowledge the excellent service I recently received from Quix. Two years ago, I purchased a new PC and from the very beginning I always seemed to have issues with it and was having an even harder time finding technical support to help fix the problems. A friend suggested I contact Quix. Not only did Christopher from Quix show up at the exact time he said he would, he also practiced social distancing which helped to put my mind at ease, during this time of Covid-19 we now find ourselves living in. Chris was able to fix all the hardware and applications problems I was having, he setup a new router for me and was even able to sync my PC, iPhone and iPad all together. Christopher was efficient, professional, very patient and understanding and took the time to answer all the many questions I had. I will most certainly call Quix the next time I require any computer assistance and would highly recommend their services to all my friends and colleagues.

I was very impressed with Quix. The quality of their work was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they did not try to "upsell" other products or services. They were very professional and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will recommend their services to my friends.
