- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized rather than one-size-fits-all. Dog grooming rates are based on breed, weight, and condition as these factors determine the time, tools, and level of care required, while cat grooming prices depend primarily on coat type and condition, since different hair types require different techniques and handling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, we start by gathering a few key details to get you scheduled, including your first and last name, address, phone number, your pet’s name, weight, and coat type. This allows us to prepare for your appointment and ensure a smooth, efficient visit. During scheduling, we’ll also go over any important information about your pet, such as temperament, grooming history, and any special needs or health concerns, so we can provide a safe and comfortable experience tailored specifically to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our groomers are master groomers and certified vet techs who do animal rescue for Suffolk County and Nassau County.
