Manny is so wonderful to work with. I am really appreciative that he didn’t just ifnore my request since it was not a traditional contracting job and he took the time to come by and review the project and explain what needed to be done very clearly. MRBK Inc provides verbal and written free estimates. In the case where estimates are required to be submitted for insurance purposes, MRBK Inc charges an estimate-fee. This fee would be deducted if the customer selects MRBK Inc for the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer would reach out to discuss viewing the jobsite (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau County). The customer is more than welcomed to send pictures of the jobsite, but is not required. MRBK Inc would schedule a meeting with the potential customer to view the jobsite in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Manny has over 30 years of experience in the construction field. Manny has experience working with licensed plumbers, electricians, engineers, architects, and is proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints. Additionally, Manny has consulted and provided ideas to his customers over the years to create their dream project.
