Came with a horrible cough knowing an infant was in the house, didn’t clean well and we had to clean after she left. Didn’t even take the garbage out.

Frist of all, I asked you if wanted to leave and you said that I should stay and finish cleaning your home. I said I didn't want to clean your nursery because" I didn't want to get the baby sick" you insisted that I clean the nursery and finish cleaning your home. You were not as concern with your son as with your guest that were arriving that evening. The counter in the kitchen were damp because you started using the kitchen. You asked for a Standard Cleaning that what you got and "YES" I certainly did bring the garbage to the dumpster. I will never clean for this client again and feel her lies are intentional to cover up what really happened. If she was honest in the first and want me to leave, I would have left, and we could work out a partial refund. However, since I had to stay and clean the whole house and even tried to leave and she summoned me back to complete the job. There is no partial refund.
