FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job. For many common tasks such as TV mounting, light fixtures, blind installs, or furniture assembly, I use flat-rate pricing — you know the full cost upfront. For more complex or undefined jobs (e.g. multiple electrical tasks, mixed work), I offer hourly pricing at a reasonable rate so you pay only for the time used. I offer discounts for reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I begin by asking for photos and a brief description of the job so I can give an accurate, upfront quote. Once we confirm the price and time, I arrive prepared with the right tools and hardware. I complete the work cleanly and efficiently, walk you through the results, and make sure everything looks perfect before I leave. Clean workspace, clear communication, and professional results every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent the last 3 years working as a professional handyman, specializing in mounting, electrical fixtures, smart home systems, and home improvements. I also earned a degree in Construction Management, which gives me a strong technical foundation in building structures, load-bearing considerations, electrical safety, and project sequencing. That combination of hands-on experience and formal training allows me to deliver clean, safe, and high-quality work on every job.
