- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning private residences for family friends, which led to regularly cleaning alongside a good friend of mine at her newly opened AirBnb. I realized that my style, mindset, and flow integrate smoothly to optimally operate within STR parameters and constructs. I decided to take STR cleaning on as a full time business at the beginning of 2025.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Five bedroom, six bed, three full bath vacation rental turnover with finished basement/ game room, and hot tub. I work quickly but I am not in a rush to get done. ~ 5-6 hours.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Listen to what potential contractors say. If their words align with yours, it could be a good fit. They should value what you value about the specs and outcome of the job. Look for consistency.
