I gave a 5 star to Maggie because she was very professional, courageous, respectful and most important very knowledgeable about taxes. Her experience in taxes was exceeding overjoy as I have had a few bad experiences with tax preparers in the past. She took her time explaining to me what went wrong and how she will correct it so I am very grateful that I choose her to do my taxes. Maggie is the GO TO PERSON if you need your taxes done or any amendments. If I could leave zero stars I would. She took all my docs, we had an agreement signed for taxes . She told me she filed an extension for me but after repeated requests never provided a copy of it. I guess she decided my case was too much for her (even though i was up front about the situation) but she never communicated that to me at all. Her last communication was in Oct that she was working on things and would be in touch shortly then NOTHING
She completed ghosted me. No longer responding to requests for status updates, information or anything at all. I have no clue of the extension was ever filed and I know my taxes never got done. You cannot trust this woman to complete what she agrees to do, and won't even do you the courtesy to telling you she is terminating your agreement so you can quickly find someone else. Shameful really.
