Dan at LI Clean Water was a great representative and took the time to explain the water issues as well as their systems. He also tested our water and the results were quite disturbing. I did get two other quotes that were cheaper but between Dan, the system quality and company responsiveness, I decided to go with them and couldn't be happier! There is a huge difference in taste, smell and feel! Overall, we are incredibly happy and excited to have our new RO and Whole House Filter!

Ryan, was a knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He listened to our requirements and wasn't afraid to admit it when he didn't have an answer. Instead, he called in and got the information. No hard sell, just facts and a desire to find us the best solution to our water issue. His demeanor was a big factor in giving us a feeling that we could trust Clean Water and in closing the sale. A pleasure doing business with him.James and Christian installed the unit the next day. Ours was a tricky install due to having to have a pump to attach to the overhead drain. They did their best to minimize the impact on the space and were the consummate professionals. I'm OCD about neatness and things being level and could find no fault. They did the work quickly and professionally.If all of the Clean Water staff are anything like these three, they have a stellar operation.

Let's start at the beginning, when I went to Costco specifically to learn about the Long Island Clean Water System company. The customers before me were extremely rude to Ryan and his co-worker. I waited patiently to see the results of the encounter. Let me tell you, how pleasantly pleased I was with the way Ryan held his composure and answered all the troublesome questions thrown at him. When I signed up for LICWS to come evaluate my water in my home, I asked Ryan if he would be the specialist that I am going to meet with, and he said yes. The day Ryan visited our home, he was respectful to our culture by taking off his shoes before entertaining our home! During the consultation, he never used fear mongering to get us to purchase a system. He listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and never pushed us into purchasing anything. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and has an exceptional sense of humor. A few days later, our entire house reverse osmosis water filtration system was installed by technicians, James and Christian. Both were respectful of our home. They worked quietly, and did not disturb me (working from home) or my fully remote children. They made sure the system under our sink was placed to our liking, and they cleaned up after themselves. Their work is neat and precise. Every LICWS technician who came to our home was professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company based on customer service alone!

I had the system put in last year and very happy with the results. I had a LI Clean Water Service recently and the service men were diligent and very knowledgeable about the process. I would recommend this service to all.

Skeptical.....thats what we were....very skeptical ...but after speaking with the companies representative we decided to have the unit installed. We could not be happier....no more plastic bottle tasting water....just pure clean tasting water. So far so good...No regrets.!
