Show up to do the just job, or call and reschedule. Scheduled cleaner did not show. After I finally got hold of her. Made 4 attempts, cleaner states I am out of town, will not be able to come. Appointment was made 1 month in advance to do a derp clean as we had company coming in from out of state. Very dissatisfied, I tried call and texting the week before with no response.

I had a death in the family as my dad suddenly died from a heart attack I explained this to you and the way you treated me was very disrespect full I called and texted.. You had no regard for what I was going through with the loss of my father you didn't care you only want me to suck it up and drive all the way back from Vermont to clean your house as you had company coming... I'm sorry I know this a my business page but my family is more important to me then cleaning my own house let alone someone else's....
