Got back to me within five minutes and came over the same day. The tankless water heater was tricky, but no problem for Whales plumbing. Punctual, communicative, good pricing. They are my go to plumbers from now on. Excellent service

the guy skyler charged me $15 more that the rate displayed on the thumbtack for service fee. I had to remind them of the rate and asked for refund. they did. the other charge for the actual work done was$ 225. THAT IS REALLY EXAGGERATED FOR THE WORK DONE. I don't recommend this guy for anyone. Honesty and fairness are very important in life.
