I contacted this company and asked for a quote to repair a fiberglass bathtub. Made arrangements for Raymond to come 2 days later to look at the job and give us a price. Raymond came out on April 25th, gave us a fair quote and said he would be here on Saturday (April 27th) to complete the job. Raymond never came, never called!EDIT - 5/21/24I was contacted by Elite Refinishing a few days after my initial appointment date, and was told Raymond had been in an accident and would be out of commission for a few weeks. Raymond contacted me yesterday and said he was back to work and could come the next day (5/21). Raymond was here today and repaired the crack in one of our tubs and I am completely satisfied. I am happy to update my review to a 5 star review!

I am very sorry you feel this way. Something personal came up and either me or my wife tried our best to contact everyone about missed appointments. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I would like to extend $50 off your quote. We pride ourselves on professionalism and punctuality. Unfortunately, there is only one of me and life happens sometimes. But hopefully we will be hiring soon.

I would highly recommend Raymond. He responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. He was polite, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. My bathtub looks great and the project was very affordable.

Raymond is amazing. He not only did a great job but he saved my client $150 by restoring her bathtub to factory condition. What contractor do you know that tries to save the client money while simultaneously taking money out of their own pocket? Exactly. Well now you do. Raymond could have very easily kept quiet & took the extra $150 but he didnt. He was very professional, on time & everything he advertises is as advertised. The smell goes away after 24hrs & he did the job in about 5-6hrs. My client was very happy with how her bathroom came out. Shes an Airbnb host & so this job needed to be done quickly. Raymond was able to turn over her bathroom in one day. Would highly recommend him & as a property manager I will absolutely hire him again in the future.
